I would lose a couple more pounds and drill on my brain that weight fluctuates so as long as I’m in 125-130lbs I’ll be happy.

But yes after you hit goal you can eat 100-200maybe 300 more calories depending on your activity level

Also when you increase you might see a gain but after days or weeks (2-3) your body adjusts to new calorie intake

I like to add 100 calories than let body adjust, add another 100 and let body adjust 🔄

Thank you! I like your ideas. I looked online at the difference in body frames (based off wrist circumstance) and I have VERY small bones. So it would probably be ideal for me to sit around 125. So I think I'll keep working and aim for that. Then do what you suggested and try adding just a 100 calories at a time, see what changes occur. Thank you for the tips!
