I was at my second highest ever june 2015 at 184 pounds. Now july 2018 i lost my weight ,maintaining it, and focusing on being healthy. I love weights! Every thing ive done i used some dvds , but mostly youtube free workout videos!

update on weight loss
I haven't been on here in awhile
Or much at that. I gained a lot of weight and no exercise
Or diet worked for me. I had all my blood work
Come back normal, then it hit me. The new antidepressant
I was put on last year. I got off of it and am not
On anything! I instantly lost 7 pounds in Aug
This year just being off. I'm slowly losing but that's ok.
I want to keep losing 1-3 pounds
A week...prob is I have no energy and lack of positive
Motivation to exercise. You would
Think that I would. Idk I suppose
Right now it's rocky at home so I don't
Feel that great.
Wish I could get myself pumped
Up and exercise. I have done it
Before. Just feel stuck.
