Good Monday morning, fs!

Ty for the support and great info. I am feeling much more positive today. I think i am still not going to workout, but we are meeting the owner of a dog that we think is our dog's brother (long story - both were rescued from the same hoarder situation, so we have gotten to know the dog and "his person" through the rescue org) to walk around one of the lakes. So i will try to get some steps in. I am just going to do the best i can.

I also have a ton of chores and errands and appointments over the next few days before i leave, (i am a little frantic, but i just need to get organized) so at least i will be moving around some.

I had my massage yesterday, and it was incredible! It went on and on in a good way! However, i didn't communicate very well with her, and she steered completely clear of my torn arse! Basically, because it is a school, it is in a group room. So i didn't want to be talking and disturb other people. I am so ticklish/sensitive in some places that i flinched a fair amount.😵😵😵 so, even though i tried to whisper to her out in the hallway that i wanted her to work on it, i think she steered clear bc she was afraid of hurting me.

The good news is the rest of it was amazeballs, it is ridiculously close and reasonably priced. The other good news is i self-diagnosed my torn tushie as piriformis syndrome, and rm found a bunch of stretching videos on the youtube, of all places. So i am going to start stretching and rolling on a foam roller or tennis ball.

Rumble rollers are pretty effective. Lacrosse balls are awesome for massage. And most importantly, post some puppy pictures!

So glad you are feeling happier and if you get frantic don't forget to just stop and breathe! I am always amazed that it can actually make a difference, but it does. So glad you enjoyed your massage - sounds wonderful even if they skipped you tush.

Massage is mostly good for your mental health - very mixed info about the pros and cons, so I wouldn't worry about missing the pummeling of an already damaged part.

Ty so very much, you nice ppl! @davet, a surprise storm came along and we took a raincheck. Will try to get some pix of those cuties when we go next. We think they are part vizsla, and though none of us have had them before, they are such sweet and beautiful dogs.

@jengetfit123, NOPE !!!! Was suppose to have surgery and would be mending now like you stated, but our health system has failed miserably ---read my post from tonight to find out what went wrong....Epic fail and it had nothing to do with anything I did..... GEEZZZZZ ! Glad your doing well though, makes me happy to see your success is continuing..... Proud 4 you!
