Years ago I did low fat, CICO and P90X. It was a constant struggle and not a way of life I could continue, especially after multiple joint injuries - and a love of food that has flavor! Not that low carb is easy but it's the only effective diet that I can live with. The food is so gratifying and downright decadent! It's the only diet I've been on that I'm not hungry all the time. The medical NSV's are amazing and absolutely cannot be achieved on other diets.
