Great example of why people need to quit worrying so much about the scale when incorporating weight training and everyone should be doing that whether it be body weight or weights training. Great going, Chris! His belly button didn't raise it just is pulled back in comparison plus he is getting risque with the shorts placement. It happens when you look good. You start to get more and more daring. pretty soon he will be in a G string showing us his striated glutes.

Wow really .... im doing this crazy ultrasound cavity !! I want to call it an experiment a friend of mine that works at a health Spa wont drop name or business! Talked me into it its a belly massage that supposed to beak down fat cells and help with skin elasticity.... well my skin definitely feels softer i dunno about smother I’ve lost like 60lbs so the extra skin after 3 babies is real! No complaints but for my 40th im getting a tummy tuck...😂😂😂 i still work out twice a week I do weights, abs and walk a lot i hate cardio😶

Thanks Chriss77!!! Since I have started concentrating on body fat instead of weight: I'm getting noticeable smaller. Some people have ask me annoyingly, if I'm still losing weight. The reality is that I'm averaging slightly above my set weight. Chriss77 your post and pictures illustrate what happens with resistance training. I feel fortunate to be able to restart resistance training without injury at my age. Next to dropping my extra pounds, restarting resistance so far has been one of my better decisions. Please forgive me but what is your body fat percentage?

Chris, your comment about ‘barely defined’ abs... well honestly and like yours are more attractive than extremely cut abs. PLUS they are easier to obtain and keep. If I could choose for hubby it would be like yours. Therefore I get to see them longer as he ages rather than him being away more and more to keep really defined abs. :) There are a lot of similarities between hubby and your beginning picture. If I didn’t know better and couldn’t see the pecs then I’d have sworn it was my hubby in the picture!

If you do want to smash them try chin ups with your legs held out at 90 Infront of you.
I'll never get cut defined abs I don't think. Thats next level stuff but I do respect the people who put the work in for them.
