Rushed out the door this morning and forgot to weigh in. Had the nice fried chicken salad shown elsewhere for lunch, plus some coffee and water. Came home at 225.4. Going to do my monthly 3-day fast this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Will break the fast when Em brings some friends over for swimming on Sunday evening. Will then eat very light on Monday and Tuesday in the Fasting Mimicking Diet style. And on to September! Dinner: Seems like a chicken day!
