Bulging disk
Kaylee, I had the same problem but my Doc recommended surgery to remove Disk 1 and I have been fine with no pain since 1997. Now happily retired!

I need help finding my motivation again :(
You are truly where I am right now. I had gotten down to 181 lbs. from 216 lbs., but now got back up to 191 and seem stuck. I am trying to start back doing quick exercises twice a day along with watching portion size and eating more fruits with less bread in my diet. Some days are tougher than others being 67 yrs old and retired from Teaching. I sure need motivation.
Thanks for any encouragement and suggestions.
