New PRs for BF%, Fat Mass, and BF Waist Measurement. Waist def better, but still... Strength's up with the increased nutrition and rest. Gonna continue lifting EOD, eating on lift days, flex dieting on rest days. Yesterday (rest day), I had planned to fast. Got that crave late afternoon. Steak only, plus a little cheese. Giving myself permission to eat whatever I need to eat. Just keeping track and concentrating calories behind workouts. Main thing is stabilizing fat and waist, and NOT having a major rebound.
