If you only eat something with 0 carbs it might give you the same result as a fast :)

Was starving and went for the early dinner. NY Strips on the grill. Stuffed and still hungry in that zero carb way. Interested to see what the morning weigh-in brings...

@jimmiepop - That is the problem I have. If I eat zero carbs, no matter how much I eat... Afterwards, i'm still hungry :( However, if I wait an hour I'm ok.

Starvin is carvin.. but hold off on it until you bulk the underlying muscle and burn the top layer... then hit green leafys... and whey.. and all things will be revealed.. adef is correct too... as I have had the same feeling, I cure it with ice water with a twist of lemon.. as many ounces as it takes to fill the void.

@chris Yep. From Squat Every Day. If I miss target reps for my top working set, I take 30% off the bar and add 2 reps. So if my Squat target is 6 X 255 and I only get 5, I unload to 175# for 7 reps. Perfect strict pretty reps only. Focus on muscle activation, mind muscle connection, and consistent bar speed. Maybe even slight pause at the bottom. Then up each set in 5 or 10# increments until technical failure. No grinders. Then do it again. Top set - 30% +2 reps. Keeps me the fcuk motivated to not miss.

@senseiande Thanks for dropping by. What do you mean by "but hold off on it until you bulk..." Starvin is carvin. Truth. Love it.

@adef IKR. I been drinkin swamp ass. Literally ate steak until I couldn't force any more down. Two dinner size NY Strips right off the bone. Pretty sure I wouldn't have a problem horking down some cereal...

@jimmiepop
many starve themselves to drop the weight.. but they do so before they stress underlying muscle... the result.. hanging skin..and then a new malady to prey on their mind.. when you build a house, you build a solid foundation first... and the result is a strong and beautiful house... if you starve too soon... then you starve muscle first... and in doing so..you not only minimize potential end game weight loss.. but you weaken the entire structure.as if the house is built on sand..... I have taught this concept to many specialized people...who wished a career in a variety of venues... some, in country as we speak... Once you have a solid foundation... then intelligent starving... gets you cut.. but, I warn people do it too soon...and you will see vastly different results.

@sensei Heard. Agreed 100%.

Yeah always room for carbs! :) I lose weight with Keto because there is a serious limit to how much I can eat if you don't-give-me-any-carbs! :)

Jesus Fcuk. Wide awake at 1300 again as if I were fasting. Lean AF in the mirror (for me). 192.8# and counting going into morning weigh in.
