Soy Protein Shake

A quick meal in a blender.

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend till smooth add water to thin or ice cubes to thicken. Enjoy!
  3. You can also add flaxseed, wheat germ, and/or protein powder for extra healthy nutrients!
