I had this growing up and it is so yummy!!!
If I figured it correctly, it would be 3 pts per serving.

Do you prepare the pudding or just mix the dry mix with the pineapple?

My family has been having this for as long as I remember .. VERY addictive. Oh .. and for 'lose2win', you mix the pudding mix straight with the rest of the ingredients, you don't make the pudding separate.

Pecans are even better than pistachios or walnuts, I think. Yummy!
ps, it *is* 3 points - to take the guesswork out of points calculations, use this:

so . . . you do NOT add the milk that's required for the pudding right? Just the dry mix w/the pineapples right? And the choice of walnuts or pecans ~ does anyone have a preference? Thanks bunches :)

Love this! My daughter is a huge fan too. We also make this for family get togethers. My SIL made it and added cherries and that was good also. I like to add walnuts to mine, but to keep calories down we usually go without.
