Mixed Bean Soup

A medley of different beans with some tomato make for a flavorsome soup.



  1. Mix all the ingredients into a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling let simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and crackers.
