My bio..not much to talk about. I am following some recipes on fatsecret to help with weight loss. Most of us are. I want to start an exercise class soon, but my motivation isn't great just yet. I love animals and have two cats and two dogs, all rescues. My passion is my art and I like to crochet and do mosaics. I am retired and must say I love it! Didn't do much today, but did have a great smoothie! Loved the pizza we had from Papa Murphy..a veggie on thin crust. Not much in calories on that one.
