Triangles with Potato and Beef

Low-sugar appetizer or snack.

Directions

  1. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
  2. Fry the beef in a non-stick pan until brown.
  3. Mix the beef and potatoes.
  4. Cut the lavash into thick strips. Put the cheese and potato-beef mix. Form triangles and seal.
  5. Brush with beaten eggs and cook in an air fryer preheated to 450°F for 5 minutes.
