Hi To All!
I am updating my bio as I have been working for a year at losing weight and felt it was time. I began at 171 pounds last January and finally met my goal about 8-10 months later. I have been pretty much maintaining since. It is not any easy thing to do! I still keep track of everything that goes in my mouth and walk about 2 miles +/- per day. To everyone out there, it's worth the hard work! Keep smiling. (Just a note: I adjusted my goal from 130 to 125, so now I have a few more pounds to go to meet my new goal.)
