Lovely steamed cauliflower mashed with cheese and garlic.
Ingredients
Directions
- Place the cauliflower in a steamer and steam to desired tenderness.
- In a bowl, mash the cauliflower with garlic, chicken broth and parmesan cheese, all to taste.
- Serve warm.

Go easy on the cheese to stick to Fat Flush....but its a hard cheese so its not too bad.

There is actually a different but similar recipe for mashed cauliflower in the Fat Flush Cookbook that I just got. Haven't tried it yet.

Very good, I make it quite often as a side dish in place of mashed potatoes. I sometimes don't even add the cheese or garlic and we will put some heart healthy "butter" on top instead.

If you like cauliflower, you should like this. I thought it was great. It filled me up and tasted very good. I think it needs a little salt to taste.

Loved it! As I mashed the cauliflower my daughter thought I was Nuts, until she took a bite. I will be making this again.

very yummy! I had some for dinner yesterday. Along w/ Brocolli and Crab. I havent had a dinner so hearty in a while because i have been so busy. so it was nice to sit down and enjoy such a nice meal. I didnt use the chease. I havent had cheese in months lol.
