One of my boyfriend's favourites! To change the taste just slightly, I substitute whatever vinegar I grab first - apple cider, balsamic or rice wine.

OK, I made this recipe allowing myself 4 oz of chicken. I marinated the chicken for a whole day. It is absolutely delicious, very easy. Still would like to know what a "unit" means in ounces. Am keeping this one in my recipe cookbook.

I grilled instead of baked it and it was wonderful. I used some of the same ingredients to make a sauce for it as well.

Each chicken piece figures out to be 5 pts. Not bad!

I used half of the oil, mustard, and vinegar and kept the same amount of garlic and it was more than enough to marinate a lb of boneless chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag. Very tasty!
