Easy Chocolate Cupcakes

Have your cupcake and eat it too.

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to temperature on cake box directions.
  2. Put dry cake mix in a bowl.
  3. Pour in entire can of diet soda (your flavor choice, like diet Coke).
  4. Mix the two ingredients - will be very thick.
  5. Spoon batter into cupcake paper holders about 1/2 to 2/3 way.
  6. Bake cupcakes according to box directions.

Question: Is that l ounce or l box of cake mix?

it should be 1 package choc cake mix (18.25oz), & 1 can diet coke. If you made 18 cupcakes with this, the NI is correct (assumes diet soda contributes no calories, etc). If you make 24 cupcakes with this (or a 9x13 pan, cut into 24 pieces), the NI should be multiplied by 0.75 (3/4) for a serving (93 cal, 3.3 gm fat, 16gm carbs, etc)
