I made this slaw for putting on fish tacos. It was delicious. I left out the salt and pepper and substituded Louisiana hot sauce for a little more fire. I like that it does not have mayo in it.

This would be very good for the Isagenix diet if there isn't any sugar in the coleslaw you pick to use for your base. But that's an awful lot of olive oil. Do you really need that much? I would also leave the salt out completely because that will make you retain water. How many servings does this make? I see you have one pound of coleslaw listed do you mean one pound of shredded cabbage? I am intrigued by the flavors mixed together as I'm a Mexican food nut.

Terrific for a barbeque, the creaminess of this coleslaw is great up against hot BBQ spices.
A South Beach style summer favorite without the added sugar. Just as good as the stuff from the deli.
