I'm new too!!! I quit the smoking years ago but weight got worse and now I'm trying to get that under control. Good luck to can do it!!!

How did you get the pink and green weight tickker line? I looked all around the site but I can't find how to do it.

Newbie here.
I haven't done WW in years....but isn't the good thing about it that you can pretty much eat all of the vegetables you want??? Make the 0 point WW veg soup or make a big dish of chopped salad with all the leagal veggies, dress it with balsamic vinegar and spices and munch away...I didn't do well with WW because I kept using my points for empty calories and carbs....which left me hungary....avoid starch and you probably won't feel so hungary.
