Chili Chicken

Directions

  1. Cook the red peppers and onion in frying pan until tender and brown.
  2. Take the chicken fillets, chili powder, flour and water and add to the frying pan. Stir regularly and simmer for 8 minutes.
  3. Boil the pasta and cook until aldente.
  4. Pour the chicken and sauce over the pasta.

This sounds good but I dont think it's a phase 1 recipe
No chicken during Pahse 1...
You can eat chicken in phase 1....just stick to the skinless white meat....

No flour or pasta during phase 1

Sounds yummy! Instead of flour use cream of tartar or hummus and instead of pasta use boiled zucchini strips or spaghetti squash. NOW IT's PHASE 1 READY!
