Berry Balsamic Pork Chops
Fast and delicious pork chops.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat 12" skillet and oil on medium until hot. Add chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook 12 minutes until browned but very slightly pink in center then transfer to plate.
- Add water, cranberries, vinegar and sugar to skillet. Heat to boiling scraping up browned bits from pan.
- Add juices from chops on plate and cook 2 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Pour sauce over chops and serve.
