Bacon and Ham Cheese Pizza
An anytime pizza that's the next best thing to the real thing.
Ingredients
Directions
- Beat eggs, set aside.
- Cook bacon and crumble in to pieces.
- Sauté pepper, mushroom and ham (cut into little squares).
- Spray glass cooking dish, pouring in the eggs and everything else, saving the cheese for last.
- Pour the cheese on top and bake at 425° F (220° C) until eggs are firm.
- Enjoy!

Sounds good but look at the fat OMG! and 661 calories for 1 meal? This is a diet site, right? Isn't everyone trying to lose weight. Also, take a look at the sodium. Have to back away from this one. Sorry.

May I suggest a low carb wrap with a little tomato sauce and pepparoni and cheese. 1666 mgs of salt. I'd be bloated and pickled. That's not healthy.

I didn't look at the nutritional info for this before I saved it. But instead of complaining, I'll use egg whites and reduced fat cheese if/when I make it.

This looks like a nice Atkins recipe. The cholesterol and sodium are supposed to be high!
I'll try it out this weekend :)
