A delectable and healthy vegetable soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- To prepare, peel and dice potatoes, carrots, tomato and onion.
- Boil 6 cups of water in a large pot.
- Add the carrots and potatoes to boiling water. When starts to soften but aren't cooked all the way, add frozen broccoli.
- Wait about 2 minutes and add frozen peas, corn and the diced onion and tomato.
- Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until the vegetables are done.
- Optional: for a more flavorful soup season the boiling water with salt, pepper lemon powder, and/or chicken broth powder.
