Mushroom and Barley Stew

A very yummy, vegetarian stew that is easy to prepare and filling.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and lower heat to a simmer.
  3. Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes until vegetables are soft.
  4. Serve with crusty bread.
