Flustrated with weight loss
Thanks for your replys.... I recently stopped taken my blood pressure and cholestrol meds... does anyone know if these will make loosing weight harder??? I am drinking lots and lots of water

Flustrated with weight loss
I hope someone can explain or give me some advice...
I started Jan 5th counting points and faithly have stuck to the points, however I was eating lower than suggested so I had to increase to the recommended daily amount. But my problem is that I am not loosing. I am also doing a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise (treadmill, elipitical, and weights) 6 days a week. I feel like I should be loosing at least 1.5 to 2 pounds weekly, especially in the beginning.
I have weighed the same for the past 3 weeks and it is getting extremely flustrating....
Any suggestions or explanations will be appreciated...
