Help for 2 reasons!
I am so sorry for your loss. It must be unbearable. Hang in there, hopefully you have some folks in your life that can support you through this difficult time. Don't beat yourself up.

Unkind remarks
How sad that the people who are supposed to be loving and supportive are the ones making the rude comments. Funny how they ask "Why doesn't he/she come and see me" but they never think that what THEY did/said was what is keeping those people from wanting to be around them. I too have people in my life like that. They are toxic people and we do not need to have them in our lives...even if we are related to them. As for friends, when they talk to us like that they are showing us that they are not REALLY our friends.

What's your problem?
I feel bad for you. It sounds to me like those around you are being verbally abusive. Next time one of them says that, tell them that THEY are your problem! Don't listen to them, I bet that they will no longer ask that when they see you fit and trim! Unfortunately in our society, people WILL treat you better when you are not overweight. Think about their reaction when they see you thin, and keep that in mind as your motivation! Best of luck to you.

Unsupportive Comments from Mother-in-law
I feel for you. There will always be people in our lives who want us to do what THEY want us to do. DO NOT allow ANYONE to make you do ANYTHING that you do not want to do. Here's a thought - the next time she forces you to accept food that you do not want to put into your mouth, walk over to the trash can and put it in there. If she is "horrified", which she probably will be, tell her "I did tell you that I did not want it". This may make her angry but you will make a point.

The incredible shrinking product
You may already know this, but, today I noticed that the Lender's New York style bagel listed in the Fat Secret foods database has 30 more calories than the one I just ate this morning for breakfast. Lately every food manufacturer is decreasing the size of their products.
Do not just add a food to your food diary if it is already in the Fat Secret database, double check the package nutrition information and compare it with what is listed in the database, the database may need to be updated, which is what I will be doing right after I finish writing this post!

Very Happy
