Hey, all you Major Losers!
One thing I have noticed as I get closer to my goal weight is that my daily weight fluctuations seem to be bigger than before. Try to keep the same intensity level throughout the whole journey to goal weight.

I also found that as I got closer to my first goal I considered changing it. My doctor wanted me to now move out of overweight BMI to normal. (His first goal for me was getting out of the obese catagory)

I also hear a lot of "You're not going to lose any more weight. You'll be too skinny" I have to explain the whole rational for losing more weight.
