I'm 24 years old and a full-time graduate student. I love being active...running, swimming, playing sports, dancing...anything really! I am doing the south beach diet because I really need to start healthier eating habits and I would like to lose about 10 lbs. I used to be 120 lbs and I want to be back there again. Can someone tell me a little more about the fat fast? What was your experience with it? Maybe even what a typical menu is like?

What is your take on fasting?? Good to break through some numbers or wreaks havoc on metabolism??
