I start week 2 of phase 1 tomorrow, but I'll still be your buddy if you want... the first phase is tough!

Sure! I'm (sort of) starting it today. It wasn't planned until I made the decision to start it right before going grocery shopping. I decided to redo the entire shopping list for Phase 1!

I started on Tuesday. I am down a couple of lbs. The first day I wanted to rip my hair out. I love sweets.

Traceluce - it gets so much better! The cravings will go away and you will feel full and it will become a thousand times easier than the first couple of days. Also physically I feel so much better.

I love how everyone is so willing to buddy up with one another. Can't you just see the love? If any of ya'll need a buddy I am more than willing. The more the merrier!
Welcome to your journey - May it be prosperous.

Dear Lord, You are the beginning and the end of this great narrative called history. Thank You for writing me into the story. Though I play only a small part, may I play it well. May I honor You with my days and my choices and may I truly know that Your grace works. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Ketosis Achieved
Headaches and dizziness are signs that you need more salt. Try having a cup of broth or bouillon morning and night, that's usually enough. The doctors say adaptation to keto takes 2 to 6 weeks.
