today i give myself a five i walked a mile and a half and i been on atkins for five days usually i dont last this long on a diet.. but i did and cant wait for day 6!!!so i deserve a 5!!!!

So far so good.
just stay positive and focus.. i like this site to because there is so much motivation coming from everywhere!! with all that the pounds are surely will drop off.. hang in there!!!
