Hello! I am 29 years old, 5'7 and It is finally time to get get in shape and become healthier, I finally have the motivation to do it right! I always fall out of diets within a couple of months, so this will really challenge me to stick with it. I am an occupational therapist working in a hospital, so I am constantly educating my patients about health and wellness. I am less focused on trying to drop a few pounds than on improving my overall health. I realize that to be healthy a better body weight is a good step, hence the dieting. I look forward to changing the way I live and becoming a healthier, happier person.
