I downloaded the app for my iphone so that has helped to keep me recording every day. If I had to sign on the computer to do it, I would never make it. :d

Starting Again!
Trying to get back in the habit of tracking my food. I haven't set a weight loss goal yet. I will once I feel I have a handle on my food intake again. ;)
