I am work at home graphic artist and the sitting all day has taken its toll on my weight, but I am finally in control and getting stronger everyday!
I would love to believe in a miracle cure to banish fat, but there is none...NONE!!! You have to want it bad enough to achieve it. You have to eat better and move more! If someone would have told me a year or two ago I would be where I am today I would have never believed it. BABY STEPS. One pound at a time! I love food, I still eat the foods I love, even pizza and burgers, but in moderation...not everyday! stick to it, it will come off and you will grow to love YOU!!!

well peefat, I really am not even here very much anymore, but when I am, without fail, I see you posting something negative or condescending. People are here for advice, when someone asks a question you have every right to give advice on what works for YOU. I just don't think you need to bash other peoples way of doing things. I am one that learned to stay out of HCG topics because I wouldnt have anything nice to say about the diet. You don't see me bashing your choice of haircut do you? and trust me...I could so go there Wink
