I am work at home graphic artist and the sitting all day has taken its toll on my weight, but I am finally in control and getting stronger everyday!
I would love to believe in a miracle cure to banish fat, but there is none...NONE!!! You have to want it bad enough to achieve it. You have to eat better and move more! If someone would have told me a year or two ago I would be where I am today I would have never believed it. BABY STEPS. One pound at a time! I love food, I still eat the foods I love, even pizza and burgers, but in moderation...not everyday! stick to it, it will come off and you will grow to love YOU!!!
