Hi my name is shelley i am 29years and live in u.k england i have been overweight since i was about 11 i work with military dogs so am constantly on the move through the day i walk from 7.30 till 10.00 then run about getting dogs ready to go out and do vet checks then walk again from 1.30 till 3.00 finish at 4.30pm then am back out to work at 6 as a care assisant so i am on the go pretty much till 7-8 at night, i am not comfortable with my size and can really feel the weight im carrying and its getting me down... if you would like to know anymore please feel free to ask i am as they say an open book

I'm giving up!
you cannot give up after 5 days up your exercise up the protien cut down the carbs its not a case of cutting it all down for 5 days then giving up keep an exact diary of what your doing tally it up push youerself it's hard very hard ive managed to lose 22pounds in over a month if i can do it you can do it
