I lost quite a bit of weight early in 2010 and almost two years later I have gained it all back plus some. I did good for a few months after I stopped counting calories but then life got in the way and I stopped working out as well. I am getting back on the train and working towards changing some very unhealthy habits I have picked back up. Other than trying to lose weight, I enjoy a LOT of hobbies including sewing, reading, knitting, quilting and blogging. Since I am starting over with my weight loss journey I am also starting over with my mini goals. I am going to keep my original completed dates as a reminder of how far I had previously come in hopes that it will keep me motivated. I have also added a few other goals since I am now heavier than I have ever been.
