At one time I was over 300 pounds. I had a stomach stapling which has worked very well for me. Shortly after that I had all but six inch of my colon was taken out. I have had back surgery so I have rods the whole length of my back, I have a new knee and hip. My hip went very well but my knee did not go well. I still keep very busy and I do walk.
Over the last two years I have gained twenty pounds back. I have never let myself go over five without doing something about it. This time I just can’t seem to get motive.
This Summer will be my 50th class reunion and I want to get it off. So last week I started to count my Cal and it is working. My friend is using this program to chart her progress so I said I would give it a try.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
The reason I weigh twice a day is do to the fax that I will never weigh over 300 again. This keeps me on track.

How do you work the recipe part of this
Is there anyone out there that knows how to work the cook book. I have heard that you can write a new recipe down and it will figure out the protein, carb. and Calorie for what you are making. I have no idea how to do that do you.

Wraps made with lettuce
Yes and no when I order a sandwich I as for no bread and ask then to wrap it in lettuce. So I guess I don't understand the difference.
