I am 54 I have been on every diet that has ever existed. I lose I put on. I am quite healthy and active, work full time at a Health Spa as a PA. I am happily married with a supportive family of 2 both away from home now. I do not really have any hobbies 'per se' but have had many in the past. Perhaps I am just between hobbies.
