I know it's frustrating when that happens but don't let it discourage you! Sometimes our bodies just hold water or do something funky. If you maintain a calorie deficit for a month and don't see any loss then it's time to think about adjusting your diet.

+1 for the calorie count website! I use it myself and it is really simple. Since I like using fat secret, I note how many calories I ate from my recipe, and try to find a similar food on fat secret that matches my intake--like if I ate 400 calories of meat balls, I just find some frozen meat ball brand and take a 400 cal serving of it.
