Hello - I need to lose allot of weight!
My biggest problem is that I stupidly had a lap-band put in 7 years ago. I lost weight from 305 to only 179. But have started to gain it back since the lap-band stopped working. It's extremely difficult to have solid food; meat, vegetables & salad because they usually don't stay down unless cooked to mush. I had 2 knee replacements and any walking exercise is very tough and I'm starting to give up. Any suggestions?
