Since January 5, 2009, I have been on Weight Watchers. Back in 2006, I had ordered the Weight Watchers At Home and that is what I am using now. I have never been to a meeting. Back in 2006, I had lost 20 pounds in about 6 months. (yes, I gained it all back in about a year) I am losing weight faster this time around because I am, actually, exercising. I try to exercise, at least, 4 days a week. I do not like exercising and probably never will but I am getting results much faster this time and to be honest, I feel really good. If I'm having results like this, I figure stick with it cause it can only get better, right. :-)

Hi! I'm Mia and I live in Lomita, CA (in the USA). It's a very small city so I'll just say Southern California, South Bay, whatever you want to call it.

My FS name is pretty much me trying to be "new" (health-wise/body-wise), my name of course then 44 was my high school basketball jersey number and 25 because I was born on August 25th.

I LOVE chicken and I just bought a pack of Tilapia so I will have to make this blueberry salsa. Thanks for the advice! Smile

Last week, I bought these fresh (not frozen) blueberries at Ralphs. They were VERY good! Since then, I have had blueberries on the brain. I ate the pack I bought with vanilla soy yogurt. Recently, I saw a menu on some website with blueberries in burgers and pasta and other things that I just never knew actually went together.

Has anyone ever tried blueberries in a "savory" dish? (not sweet)

The Strand in Manhattan Beach, CA
I was just wondering if anyone is a member of or has heard of a group of people that get together and walk/jog along The Strand in Manhattan Beach? I am, still, struggling to get enough exercise and I work pretty close to the Strand. Just thought I'd ask.

Ok, I admit it, prior to my new "healthier lifestyle" I would have been ALL OVER the oreo doughnuts and carne asada fries. The rest of that stuff almost gave me a heart attack just looking at it. YIKES!
