I am a busy mommy to three wonderful boys. My boys are 8yrs, 6yrs, and 19 months old. They keep me busy...but not busy enough to stay out of the fridge!! I gained a lot of weight when I had my last baby. It was hard for me to except since I am a personal trainer and aerobics instructor. I really felt like a hypocrite. I have lost almost 40 pounds and still have about 10 more to go.
My husband is an officer in the United States Army. That means we move around a good deal, and it is hard to find a great support system with friends when they are constantly changing, that is one reason I love this site. It gives me all the tools I need and lets me connect with people who share the same goals.

my 1st triathlon
Hi everyone, I am training for my 1st triathlon. I am pretty darn nervous. I need help on my diet. I don't want to take in a ton of extra calories, but I don't want to starve my body either. Does anyone know of a good diet plan for this?? Trying to stay as organic as I can.
