Why do I eat junk food? When I eat healthy and exercise I feel amazing, I know this. I have been back to my healthy routine and I feel like a million dollars (except for my aching lower body thanks to all the squats, lunges, and running that I have done this week). I have also noticed that when I eat the right foods, I am actually not as hungry. I guess when they say that junk food is full of "empty" calories they aren't kidding. Well, I better go to bed because tomorrow is an early day at the gym.
