I am a mommy of four children and I work full time third..struggling
to lose and tone after my last child which was by c section.
That was aug 2011. Part of my prob is motivation and work.
Just got engaged and I seriously need to step my game up
For myself to feel better and to be a beautiful bride!

I'm sorry...us women as we get older its harder to lose. I feel way
Older than I am because if my work and lack of sleep and exercise.
we just need support buddies and that itself is very helpful!

For me this week. My fiance gets home 530pm so ill probably
Get atleast 4 hours sleep each day this week. I wont have the
