Hi all! I'm 33 years old mother of 3 boys and a skinny husband who can eat whatever he wants. I've been heavy for as long as I can remember and I just am sick of being the way I am. Exercise is the biggest struggle for me although I love food also, the combination is not good. Any support is greatly appreciated.
