I've never added a food. I've always just found something close and used that. You can change your RDI in My Fat Secret. Go to My Diet and towards the bottom it says edit RDI.

Actually on the way down. Fell into some bad habits when friends visited in October. Then Holidays came and ballooned up to 242. Coming back strong.
