I am a 44yo mom of 4 daughters 22, 19 and twins soon to be 16. I have been on a diet for more than have my life. I start to do well and then I self-destruct. I am hoping this time will be different. I work 3 -12 hour days and try to get to the gym 4x a week and use the tredmill 2x a week.

Any Suggestions
Thank you for the thoughts and encouragement. I am not going to get discouraged this time and will incorporate some of the ideas you have shared into my daily routine and will get the courage up to weigh in at the end of the week. Smile

Any Suggestions
I have been exercising ( kickboxing, walking circuit training trying to do something every day)and counting my calories (staying to approx. 1500 calories) religiously for over 2 weeks. At the end of the first week I didn't lose anything so I pushed on and weighed myself this morning and Sad I gained a LB. Very discouraging anyone have any suggestions to help me out?

Late night eating.
I used to do this alot myself - try drinking something first most times you are thirsty and mistake it for hunger. If that is not cutting it have a fruit cup or some grapes and go right back to bed. Good Luck Smile
