My name is Bonnie and I am 26 yrs old. I have been married to a wonderful man for 2 yrs now and I am finding it very interesting. I work in child care and I love my job. I find it very rewarding and always fun!
I have been trying to lose weight for a few years. I come from a family of obese woman. This has made it a constant struggle for me to stay thin and not follow in my families footsteps. I have always considered being thinner then what I am very important and I feel it is the only way that I will feel good about myself. My husband tells me I am beautiful and attractive no matter what I look like, but to me, I don't feel comfortable with myself.

I know I should have a more realistic goal then trying to lose 40 lbs, but this is always something I have thrived for and I hope to one day accomplish this.
I also hope to meet some nice people that I can support as well as support me when I am having a rough time. I welcome anyone's tips and well wishes and hope that I can do the same in return.

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
I'm just wondering if it is too late to join this group? I noticed that you started up in May and was wondering if you had to be in this from the beginning. I find doing challenges and working with others really helps me. I am looking to lose about about 40 lbs, even though my tracker says other wise. I set it lower so that I could have a more realistic goal to begin with. Thanks
