I'm trying this yet again.. Have gone back and forth with dieting and losing weight. Seems like a constant battle for me.

I was finally beginning to see some success when life took a crazy shift. My mother passed away this year August 21, 2010. My grandfather also passed away this October.

Since July I have been eating horribly while driving to hospitals and visiting my mom when she was released into hospice.

I am having a hard time trying to work through my depression and loss to find motivation. I am going to work and going through the motions of life, but I just want to stay in bed most days. My doctor has prescribed Lexapro which has been helping my anxiety and depression some but side-effect is of course weight gain.

I need to snap out of this and get back to living for myself, my boyfriend, and the rest of my family.. I just wish I knew how.
