female- wife- mother; about to turn 50 in a couple of weeks. Have read paleo diet, zone diet, south beach diet and 4 hour body. I have always enjoyed life and love to laugh and play games. Somewhere along the journey I got fatter than obese, infact need to lose 3 inches around my waist to be in the obese catergory lol, Doctor says if I lose a bunch of weight my knee wont hurt as bad... for every pound its like 5 extra pounds of pressure on it. Was looking for an easier calorie counter and stumbled here. I have enjoyed reading y'alls triumphs and journeys.
